How much does my program cost? Your family fee is outlined in your Family Financial Agreement with your chapter.  Fees include all in-country expenses, such as lodging, food, transportation, and excursions. However, there may be additional costs in preparing for your project with AMIGOS. Please find more details in your Welcome Packet.  How do I pay my program fee?   In order to pay your Program Fee, your Local Chapter will issue you a billing statement and you will submit payment directly to your Local Chapter.

How much does my program cost? The program fee for all 2 week projects is $3,975. Flights are not included in your program fee, and you can find the expected cost of your flight here. The program fee for all 3 week projects is $5, 875. If a student fundraises more than their program fee total, they may be eligible for a refund of payments made by their immediate family in compliance with the terms and conditions noted in the Finance Policy. This refund cannot exceed the family payment contribution and must be requested by July 31st, 2023. If this refund is not requested, these funds will be converted to a general donation to AMIGOS. To request a refund due to over-fundraising, please email admissions@amigosinternational.

We are proud to say that our program fees are close to all inclusive. However, to assist our students and families in planning, we are sharing a list of costs families always or frequently accrue in addition to the program fee. Many of the following expenses will depend on your individual situation. Do you need to get multiple vaccines or just one? Are you flying from a major metro area like Houston or from a tiny airport in Montana?

Please note that more information can be found in your Welcome Packet.  Program Deposit   After acceptance into the program, applicants must submit a $425 deposit within the timeframe communicated to them by AMIGOS staff (typically one to two weeks) to reserve placement in the program. The deposit and application fee are deducted from the total program fee. By submitting a deposit and application fee, applicants are acknowledging their intent to participate in an upcoming AMIGOS Program session and consenting to the Finance Policy described in this document.
